First Layer
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Blend flour and butter well. Stir in nuts. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Second Layer
1-8oz package cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8oz coolwhip
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in coolwhip. Spread this mixture on cooled crust.
Third Layer
2-3oz package instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
Mix milk & pudding together with mixer until smooth. Spread this over second layer.
Fourth Layer
1-4oz cool whip
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
Spread coolwhip over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. |
