2 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup melter butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
beat egg yolks in double broiler until thick. add all other ingredients slowly while beating. for best results use wisk. |
