salsa
2 pink grapefruits
1/4 cup chopped sweet onions
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
course salt
two avocados
peel one grapefruit, remove white skin, and chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
mix onions and the juice of 1 grapefruit. let stand 20 minutes. mix all the salsa ingredients.
cut avocados in half, take out seed. peel. and fill with salsa. serve |
