2 sticks of margarin (do not use blue bonnet recipe will not work)
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
DO NOT USE MIXER
use your hands to mix into dough
roll into loaf about the size of a silver dollar. cut every 1/2 inch. put on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip fork in flour. Press down on cookie gentley in criss cross patern
bake at 350 for 10 minutes |
