makes one serving
one chicken breast sliced sideways, almost all the way through.
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 slice of any prefered cheese
a small bowl of milk
a small bowl of italian bread crumbs
put the cheeses in the middle of the breast and close it up
dip the chicken in the milk, then cover it with the bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes |
