12 medium carrots
3 tablespoons vegtable oil
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup onion minced
1/4 cup cider vinagar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard flour
1.Cut carrots into diagonal slices
2. In a 10 inch skillet
over medium heat. in oil cook garlic & onion
3. add carrots and seasonings. Reduce heat to low; cover for 7 minutes. cool and serve with tooth picks. |
