1 can of beanless chili, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 onion cut up, flour tortillas, package of enchilada mix, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 lb ground beef. mix beanless chili, cheddar cheese soup, enchilada mix and onion in a pan and heat for 15 mins. put oven to 350 degrees. put 2 tortillas in a 13x9in pan to cover the bottom. then put a layerof the mix on that then put another layer of tortillas then another layer of the mix. should only use 4 tortilla shells and 2 layers off the mix. putin oven for 15 mins. take out and put the shredded cheddar cheese all over the top. turn oven off and put in the oven for 5 mins just to let the cheese melt. you can eat with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, etc. enjoy |
