1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 to 6 sliced potatoes
1 lb of hamgurger
1 onion
cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat and drain. Put layer of sliced potatoes, layer of meat and layer of onion until dish is full. Mix 1 can of water with soup and pour over layers. Bake at 375 for 45 min. or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and cover with grated cheese; bake 15 more min. |
