Recipe: |
• 1 C. biscuit mix
• 1 sm. Onion -- finely chopped
• 1 ½ t. seasoned Salt
• 1/2 t. Oregano chopped/flakes
• 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese--grated
• Dash of Red Pepper or Tabasco
• 2 T. Parsley – chopped/flakes
• 1 clove Garlic – crushed and diced
• 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
• 4 Eggs -- slightly beaten
• 3 C. Zucchini -- thinly sliced/grated
Mix ingredients and bake at 350F for 25 minutes in a greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
