Bacon Wrapped Chicken Kabobs |

Recipe: |
2-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1 inch pieces.
10 mushrooms, cut in half
Onion (optional and amount desired, some minced for marinade and some quartered for skewers)
1 can pineapple chunks
Marinate chicken and mushrooms (and onions if desired) in Ziploc bag with following mixture for at least 2-3 hours (I prefer overnight):
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tblsp. Honey
2 Tblsp. Vegetable or Canola Oil
Wrap chicken pieces with Bacon (usually half slice each will do). Skewer alternately with pineapple chunks, mushrooms, onions (if desired). You may add other vegetables or fruits if desired, but do not marinate them with chicken as this will alter the flavor. Enjoy!
