Recipe: |
Create marinade of 1 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch slices
Marinate chicken breasts for 2 hours
Cut onion, tomato, and green pepper slices
Once chicken is marinated, get skewers and put chicken, and vegetables alternating
Cook on BBQ grill until done and ready to eat |
