1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 package large flour tortillas
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Mild Cheddar Cheese
Lettuce (optional)
Tomatoes (optional)
Brown the hamburger and drain the grease. Stir in one can of Cream in Chicken soup (do not add water) and heat until warm. In the meantime, line a 9x9 caserole dish with a couple of the tortilla's. Not too thick, one layer is fine as long as the bottom and all sides are covered. Spread the hamburger mixture on top of the tortillas. Liberally cover with the cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven on 350 for about 30 minutes, or until the edges of tortilla begin to brown. Slice up and serve! Fine plain, and yummy with tomatoes and/or lettuce on top. |
