Recipe: 3 boneless chiken breasts 2 bxs betty crocker julliane potatoes 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 tsp ea garlic powder pepper and salt cut chiken into cubes cook in 3 tbsp oil till very white stir in all other ingrediants except cheese, use same amount of water and milk as directed on potatoe box, cook on stove top till hasbrowns are tender, in a glass baking dish put 1/2 the mixture in and top with 3/4c cheese add remainder of hash brown mixture and than cheese bake in oven for 15-20 minutes untill cheese is melted
