8-10 peeled and cut baked potatos
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tablespoons sour cream
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dried cilantro or parsely for color
1. Bake potatos for 1 hour at 350 degrees, let cool, peel, cut and set aside
2. Melt butter in saucepan, add onions, garlic, salt, celery salt, and pepper. Saute for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add milk, sour cream and cilantro or parsely. Heat until scalding, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
4. Add cut potatoes and continue to heat until thickens, chopping up potato pieces with whisk to desired consistency.
