B's Summer Salad

Recipe: 10 oz rotini pasta 3 small chopped tomatoes 4 slices cooked and crumb bacon(I use salad topping) 4 cups mixed salad 2/3 cups low fat mayo 1/2 cup reduced sour cream 2 tbsp digon mustrd (I use honey dijon to add more taste) 2 tsp sugar 1 tbs cider vinegar (I use regular vinegar when unable to find cider, also have used apple for more taste) 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper cook pasta according to pasta directions, no salt or oil. drain set aside after rinsing with cold water. I then place in to freezer to cool quickly. add tomatoes bacon and salad greens in small bowl, setting aside. combine mayo, sour cream, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper mix well spoon over pasta. Stir coating pasta, gently toss salad mixture, coat and serve immediatly.
