Spicy BarBQ Ribs w/ NO GRILL

Name: Spring Floyd-Lee
Base: Fort Polk
Recipe: *Portion amounts depends on how many people will be eating. Preheat oven at 450 degrees.Take slab of ribs, or rib tips and season with seasoning salt, garlic salt, black pepper, and meat tenderizer(unseasoned)and place in a roasting pan lined with alumnium foil.Place in oven and cook for 3 1/2-4 hours(turning every hour to brown on both sides)After the ribs are tender to your liking remove the alumnium foil from the bottom of of the roasting pan and place back in oven(this will allow the ribs to get a little crispyness to them)Then take 2 bottles of BarBQ sauce and pour in a small cooking pot.Add tabasco sauce or hot sauce, 2 drops of honey, seasoning salt, and black pepper(all to the BarBQ sauce)and bring to a boil stirring to avoid burning. After the ribs has cooked for another 30-45 minutes remove from oven. Let cool before cutting, then roll each seperatrly cut rib in the BarBQ sauce to cover entire rib. Place back in hot oven but make sure the oven is cut OFF. This is just so that the BarBQ sauce can set in the meat. The time on the last step is none as long as you desire. Serves with any side dish that you would like and they are delicious. ENJOY
