Recipe: 1) cut up 4 medium potatoes into small chunks leaving the skins on. 2) sut up 1/2 medium bell pepper and 1/2 medium onion both into small pieces. 3) lightly line bottom of large skillet with cooking oil and add veggies. 4) slow cook covered for about 15 to 20 minutes stirring frequently, season with season salt, garlic salt, and little bit of pepper.
