Recipe: 1. chicken pieces(legs, thighs, wings,) 2. 1/2 onion(sliced) 3. 4 carrots(shred) 4. 1/2 can of sml green peas 5. 2 cups rice 6. coconut milk(1 cup) and the remaining water(it takes 2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice) 7. goya seasoning or salt * start off by seasoning the chicken with any of your favorite seosonings. Depending on how many in the family, 2 pieces pr person *fry the chicken in a little bit of olive oil just to cover bottom of pan(or any of your favorite oil)until brown and is cooked *remove chicken from pan *in same oil and pot, put onions in until soft *add carrots to onion *add rice, mix *add coconut milk and water *season to taste with either goya or salt *when rice starts boiling, reduce heat to medium and cover *when rice is cooked, add the green peas and chicken back into the pot *rice will be little yellow
