*1 lb beef sirloin steak cut into stir-fry strips (a
little more meat can be used even with the same amount
of these other ingredients)
*2 tablespoons butter/margarine
*1/2 onion chopped
*Worchestersire sauce (lots of this, I usually use about
half the bottle)
*sour cream (we prefer a little less than 1 cup)
*2 cans cream of mushroom soup
*2 cans cream of chicken soup
I make this in an electric skillet and I keep the lid on it the whole time (except of course when stirring).
Cut the sirloin steak into stir-fry size strips. Brown the steak in about 2 tablespoons butter/margarine. When steak is almost cooked through, add onions, cook till onions are translucent.
Then add Worchestersire sauce all over meat; the more the better! Let it simmer a couple minutes till meat is fully cooked.
Add all 4 cans of soups. Let it simmer till heated through. Stirring often. When heated & soup is stirred up; add sour cream and heat just until heated (don't want to scorch the sour cream)& mixed together well.
Serve over rice or noodles or by itself (good anyway!) We usually have rolls, mashed potatoes, corn on cob, & green beans with this. But good with anything I'm sure! Great meal for having company over!
