Pineapple Casserole

Recipe: 2 Large cans chunky pineapple (drain, and reserve 3 tbsp juice) 1 1/2 cups sugar 6 tbsp. self rising flour 2 cups sharp grated cheese Drain pineapple and reserve 3 tbsp juice. Combine flour and sugar. Stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add cheese and pinapple chunks. Mix well. Put into a greased casserold dish. Topping 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs 1 stick melted butter
