Chicken Croissant

Name: Misty Waits
Base: Fort Sill
Recipe: Ingredients: 1 can chicken 1 can croissant 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom 1 lb shredded cheese (any kind will work) salt pepper Drain the can of chicken then pour it into a bowl. Mix a third of the cheese into the chicken. Open the croissants and unroll them. Divide the mixture between the croissants and then roll them up. Pinch the ends closed. Then cook according to the directions on the can. While this cooks mix the soup and the remainder of the cheese in a pot over medium heat. Stir often. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the croissants are done, serve them with the sauce on top. This is a wonderful lunch or light dinner. I usually have to make 2 cans because my husband loves this heated up for lunch or those days he comes home late. It is also really easy and can be changed around. I have used can roast beef, crab, and tuna. You can also change the soups and cheeses to match your families taste. Have fun with it!
