Recipe: 1 sm. whole chicken (or 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast) 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 can cream of mushroom 8 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed 10 oz.Angel hair noodles Boil Chicken and shred. Boil noodles in chicken broth (add extra water if needed). Drain noodles reserving 1 cup broth. Mix soup, rotel, and velveeta in large pot over medium heat until cheese melts. Add chicken and noodles. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. *Can be made ahead, refrigerated, and cooked 45 minutes in oven at 350.
