1 Box Chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
Mix together per instructions on back of cake mix box.
Filling
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
15 large marshallows
3 smaill size pkg. frozen coconut
Boil together sugar and milk for 5 minutes; add marshmallows and coconut. Rmove from stove and spread between cooled cake layers.
Frosting
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
Cook to boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and add chocolate.
break cake up into pieces and pour filling over and add frosting in a 11 by 13 inch dish.
I did this and it turned out to be a hit around home hope you enjoy it tooo. |
