Potatoe Broccoli Cheese Soup

Recipe: You will need: 6 to 8 peeled and sliced potatoes 1 bag of frozen broccoli 1 can of evaporated milk 1 8oz block of cheese shredded Cook your potatoes until done, thaw your broccli and add cook for about 5 to 8 min. Add your evaporated milk and simmer for 5 min. Add cheese and 2 tbsp of butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. You could serve with salad and breadsticks.
