ingredients needed: 1 lg. bag of any flavor doritos
at least 6 eggs (season as you wish)
1/2 sm can of tomatoe sauce
(you may substitute tomatoe sauce
with ketchup)
enough oil to cover bottom of skillet
(if you used too little oil or sauce
this meal will be too dry, adjust to
you discretion)
procedure: put oil in skillet to medium heat,add contents of bag of doritos, scramble the eggs and pour into skillet along with tomatoe sauce. mix until egg is cooked.
NOTE: 1 bag serves about 3-4 people |
