ingredients:
1 approx. 1 lb. pre-marinated pork tenderloin
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. imitation crab meat, chopped
preheat oven to 550 degrees
split tenderloin down the middle, careful not to cut all the way through. stuff tenderloin with mixture of crab and onions. bake in oven 6 min per pound, then turn off oven and let set for 1 hour. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING COOKING!! slice and serve. the result is the most tender and juicy tenderloin you have ever tasted! |
