Take a Block of Cream Cheese and spread it into a dish until its flat. Take your choice of salsa and spread it on top of the cream cheese, covering all of it. Take your choice of shredded cheese and spread that on top of the salsa for a three layer dip. Eat with tortilla chips, I use Tostitos. You will want to let the dip sit out for a minute or two to soften the cheese, that way the chips break less when dipping. If you want to microwave, Do not microwave for more than 10 seconds! |
