Creamy Potato Casserole

Recipe: *One family size can of cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup *1 cup of sour cream (put more or less depending on your prefered taste) *3/4 cup milk *1 package of O'Brien diced potatoes *1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella/cheddar cheese mix to stir in *1 cup of cheese to add to the top Mix all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese, in a 9x13 pan. bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. DO NOT COVER WHILE BAKING. 15 minutes before it is done, add the rest of the cheese to the top. Take out of oven and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes to thicken. This has been a great dish to add at barbeques and potluck dinners!
