Ingredients:
2 (15oz) box of chicken stock/broth
1 (28oz) can of crushed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
10 basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix broth and tomatoes in a medium saucepan over moderate heat. When the soup bubles, stil in heavy cream and reduce heat to low. Simmer - occasionally stir for about 15 mintues.
Salt and pepper to taste. |
