Perfect Egg and Cheese Quiche |

6 eggs
1 - 1 1/2 cup cheese (mild/sharp cheddar, mozz., swiss. or mix and match, your choice)
1/2 cup milk
1 premade pie shell
add green onion, spinach; cooked mushrooms, bell peppers, chuck or sliced ham, chicken, crab, turkey, or beef, ect. to suit your tastes.
salt and pepper to taste
Precook pie shell in ungreased pie dish @ 325 degrees for 5 minutes.
Combine all other ingredients in bowl, pour into cooked pie shell, and bake 35-45 minutes @ 375 degrees, or until firm in center. Comes out perfect every time and makes a harty and very healthy meal! My family LOVES it! |
