Gooy - Yummy Yellow Creamy Butter Cake |

Crust:
1 stick butter, softened*
1 box yellow cake mix
Press together into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan.
Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese*
1 box of powdered sugar
2 eggs*
Mix until thoroughly blended and pour over top of crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
*These ingrediants may be substituted for low fat equivalants and it will still turn out fabulous!
(ie...low fat margarine, fat free cream cheese, and egg whites or egg substitute.) |
