Recipe: Ground Meat Casserole 1/4 lb butter or margarine; 1 large onion, chopped; 1 bell pepper, chopped; 1 lb ground meat; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 can of Cheddar cheese soup; 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs; 2 cups cooked rice; DIRECTIONS Brown the ground meat, throw away the grease. Saute the onion and pepper in butter. Add the mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, rice, meat and the bread crumbs, mix well. Add salt and pepper, the amount you would like. Pour in casserole dish, top with more bread crumbs. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in oven at 325F.
