Sesame Chicken

Recipe: Ingredients: vegetable oil 3/4 c. all purpose flour 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1 1/2 tsp. season salt 1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. black pepper 3/4 c. beer 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts Dip: 1/2 c. apricot preserves 2 tsp. soy sauce 1. Stir together flour and next five ingredients. Stir in beer until blended completely. (Batter should be thick) 2. Dip Chicken pieces into batter. Lift out individual pieces with tongs, gently shaking off excess batter; carefully add to skillet of oil or deep fryer. Fry, stirring, 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. 3. In a small bowl, combine apricot preserves and soy sauce. Place chicken on platter and garnish with apricot sauce. This meal is a favorite in my house and is very easy to make. I like to serve this with white rice and steamed asparagus. My family loves it!
