4 English Muffins
1-2 Tsp favorite spaghetti sauce
1 ½ c. mozzarella
½ c. ea of your favorite toppings
Mushrooms
bell pepper
Italian sausauge
Pepperoni
Etc…
Heat oven to 375 degrees, divide English muffins in half, top with 1-2 Tsp of pizza sauce, add desired toppings, pop in the oven for 10 minutes and enjoy an low fat, easy to make treat that you kids will love to make and eat. This is really easy to double and triple as desired.
