Taco Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 can refried beans 16 oz
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
optional: lettuce, tomatoes, sliced olives, sour cream and picante
In skillet cook beef, onion, green pepper, until beef is done, Stir in taco seasoning, and water, about 3 min til thick, put chips in greased baking dish. In bowl stir refried beans until smooth spread over chips. Top with beef mixture, and cheese. Bake 375 for 15-20 min. Top with optional toppings if you want and voila!
