1 16 oz container sour cream
1 c mayo
1 package leek soup mix
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed.
Squeeze excess water from spinach and add to all other ingredients. Chill in refrigerator 4 hours, or overnight. Serve with sliced french bread or crackers. Always a hit! |
