Recipe: Layered Tortilla Pie This is an easy dish to put together and always a favorite after you've tried it! Prep. time: 7 minutes Cooking time: 25 minutes Serves: 4-6 Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 2 1/4 oz. can sliced olives, drained 10 oz. can enchilada sauce 5 Mission® Corn Tortillas 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup water sour cream, (optional) Directions 1: Brown ground beef with onion. Drain and add enchilada sauce, water and olives. 2: In a round 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, and 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. 3: Remove and allow to stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges (Optional: garnish with sour cream).
