Easy Homemade Chicken Noodle soup |

2-4 Chicken Breasts frozen or thawed
any vegetables you like in soup
As many egg noodles as you want
1-2 Chicken bullion cubes (optional)
Place Chicken Breasts in large pot. Add chopped vegetables, and any seasonings you like. Fill pot with enough water to cover the chicken breasts. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover, stirring veggies occasionally. When chicken breasts are white, you can leave them whole, or remove them to dice, cut, or shred, depending on how you like it to be in your soup. Put chicken back in pot and add your egg noodles. For flavor, add 1-2 chicken bullion cubes. Once noodles are done, you have your soup. For creamy soup, add some Chicken gravy mix, and or cornstarch to make a chicken and noodle gravy to pour over mashed potatoes! |
