Recipe: 2 cups of milk 1 stick of butter (melted) 1 cup of flour 1 tsp of sugar a lemon peel if desired 3or 4 eggs Mix butter and eggs and milk together first then blend in the flour mixture mixing on med. lumps must be out completely. Then get a frying pan and spray with pam make sure you have it on medium heat so it won't burn. Now mix the crepe mixture until it is smooth and pour some in the pan moving the pan around in a cirular motion to cover the pan wait for less than a minute or until you can move the crepe around then flip and put in bowl. Use apples or blueberries to top it and some hot syrup. their you have the some yummy crepes.
