One Peach Pie |

Take one peach and wash it well. Dry with a paper towel. Do not peel and do not cut. Take enough pie crust to fit over the peach and cover completely.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven on a greased cookie sheet, until the crust turns golden brown(abotu 20-25 minutes). Remove from cookie sheet and place in a bowl.
Cut in half and remove the pit, sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. |
