Recipe: 2 heads of cabbage 2lbs of hamberger meat 4 bags(1 box) of instint rice 1/2 cup season all seasoning lemons butter salt 3 cups water Boil cabbage till tender. Take out and drain. meanwhile while that cools enough to handel in a big bowl combine hamberger meat all the rice and season all mix with hands. set aside. Turn the cabbage so that the bulb on the cabbage is face up. cut along the bulb with a sharp knife so that the leaves of the cabbage fall off. cut the leaves in half take some meat mixture put it into the cabbage roll cabbage half way tuck ends in and roll the rest of the way. Do this till you finish all the meat and cabbage. Get a big pot and layer it with the harder cabbage...the very white part of the cabbage. pile in the cabbage rolls into the pan.Add water, cover. let cook for about 1 hour or till meat in the cabbage is done. if you notice water is running out add little more. When done plate and top it of with lots of butter, let it melt add lemon and salt. enjoy!
