4 slices bread
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp. Parsley
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder (or 1 clove garlic, minced), to taste
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
In a small bowl combine butter, parsley, and garlic. Spread on the bread. Top each slice with 1/4 of the cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and pop into the oven under the broiler and watch closely. Should take about 5 minutes. Serve hot
