Rotel Dip

Recipe: Ingredients:2 cans of rotel(mild or hot); 2 jars of cheese whiz original; 1 package of mild or hot pork sausage; 1 pack of ground beef 1 to 1.5lbs. First you brown ground beef until fully cooked in a medium to large size skillet. You drain it and set it off to the side in a medium sized pot. Then you ground and brown entire pack (regular tube) of sausage until fully cooked. You then add the cooked sausage with the cooked ground beef in the medium pot. Mix the 2 meats well together. You then open the 2 cans of rotel add both cans of rotel to the meats in the pot and mix again. Once rotel is mixed with the meats well you open the 2 jars of cheese wiz and add cheese. You should also stir the cheese around so that it mixes well with the entire pot of meat and rotel. The dip is now ready to serve. My family loves eating it over regular Dorritos or even lime flavored tortilla chips. I made this for my husband when he came home from Iraq as a quick appetizer and he loves it! He goes to the store and gets the ingredients his self and they are waiting for me when I get home so that I could cook them. I hope you enjoy this qick and easy recipe. Enjoy!
