Sesame Chicken

Recipe: 1 Bag of Chicken Drummettes/Wings (about 2.5 lbs for 2-3 people) Season with salt and pepper. Mix enough flour, pepper, and season salt together in a plastic bag. Coat seasoned chicken with flour mixture and deep fry until golden brown.Drain on paper towels. Sesame sauce: 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Sugar 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Wasabe Paste* 2 Tbs Sesame Seeds 1 Tbs Fresh garlic finely chopped (Optional) Mix all ingredients together and let boil for a few min. Sauce will be thin. Sause can be prepared earlier and reheated. When chicken is done put on a plate and pour sauce over it. I don't like the chicken to sit in the extra sauce after I'm done so I usually put the chicken on a second plate and garnish with chopped green onion. *If sauce seems to have to much bite for you you can cut done on the amount of wasabe paste. And if you can not find wasabe paste you can use wasabe powder and water.( 1 tsp. powder and 1 tsp water)
