Recipe: 1 Envelope Onion soup mix (Lipton is good) 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 4 bone in chicken breasts (about 2lbs) 2 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into small chunks (about 1lb) 2 carrots, sliced Preheat oven to 450. In a lrg ziploc bag or big bowl add all ingredients and shake until coated. Pour into 13x9in pan. Turn chiken breast side up. Toss the bag. Bake uncovered, basting halfway through, for 45 minutes or until chicken is not pink and veggies are tender. This takes 10 minutes to make, 45-55 to cook. Easy and healthy.
