5 TBSP Butter 1/4 tsp. Ginger
1 c all-purpose flour 1/8 tsp almond extract
1 c sugar 2/3 c milk
1/8 tsp salt 1(1lb. 14oz)can sliced
peaches
1 TBSP baking powder
Melt butter in a 8x12 baking dish. Sift dry ingredients together. Add milk and extract;mix and blend. Pour over melted butter; DO NOT STIR. Arrange peach slices over batter. Pour juice over all, but DO NOT MIX. Bake for 55 to 60 min at 350. Serve warm with ice cream.
