Soy Mac and cheese (Low Fat)

Recipe: 1 package Tofu, 1 brick grated soy or Vegi cheese, 3 Tbs. margerin, 4 cups cooked pasta. 3 Tbs. soy milk. 1-2 tsp. Worcesteshire Sauce, and optional mustard. Cream tofu in a blender or food prosesor. Melt margerin and add soymilk and soy cheese on low heat. As cheese starts to melt add tofu. When well melted and combined add rest of ingredients and mix with cooked pasta.
