Ingredients:
1 LB Fresh Halibut Fillet
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Real Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Mix Mayo and Cheese (sample and make sure it tastes more like cheese then Mayo - if not, add more cheese) and set aside
2. Put the halibut in a shallow baking pan
3. Pour on melted butter
4. Sprinkle with lemon pepper
5. Spread the Mayo/Cheese mixture on the halibut
6. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
Simple but very delicious recipe! Great with steamed rice, or baked potato. A few green onion leaves on top makes a nice accessory.
