1 lb chicken
1 can c. of mushroom
1 can c. of chicken
1 can c. of celery
1 can rotel
velveeta cheese
1 pack flour toritillas
boil chicken, chop up into pieces, mix together all can ingredients and add chicken. simmer on stove for approx 30 minutes. layer tortillas in baking dish and add mixture repeat until mixture is gone. add velveeta to the top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted |
