KING RANCH CHICKEN
Cook and debone one chicken (save the broth)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 can of broth (saved from chicken)
1 medium onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 bag tortilla chips crushed
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
Put crushed chips in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. The put deboned chicken on top of chips. Mix the soups , broth , onion and peppers together with the rotel tomatoes. pour this over the chicken . Top with the cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45mins. |
